aptitude tests suck -- 2003-02-01 Wrote those damn government aptitude tests. Which is the most general common theme: sleep-somnambulance somnabulance-nightmare nightmare-hospital hospital-sleep sleep-nightmare ARGH! And those were the easy questions! I just loved the fill in the next number: 3 12 9 5 15 21 3 questions. Why do I have to get a good grade on this test to be a government employee? Why can't my academic, research and communication abilities speak for themselves? I have great job experience, volunteer experience and interest in the industry. But I can't get in the doors because I can't convert Canadian dollars into Yen without a fucking calculator. Geez.
